HOW TO SIGN IN AND PLACE AN ORDER

Remember that your MIDCO logo will be automatically applied to each garment

Steps to complete your order:

1. Sign In by first selecting the Sign In link on your Home Page

2. Fill in your username and password If you forget your username or password, select the correct link and enter your email address.

3. Once logged in, select a category or type in the style number using the search box

4. After selecting the garment, go ahead and select the color and size as shown below. Remember that your logo will be automatically applied, so the Customize button will be greyed out.

5. After you ADD TO CART, select the shopping cart icon to view your order thus far

6. Once you enter the shopping cart, you can edit your order, save the order and begin the ordering process by selecting the CHECKOUT button

7. After selecting the Checkout button, you will only need to fill out the SHIPPING information and then select CONTINUE

8. The next page is your final step to placing the order. Be sure to select the shipping method and payment method before you PLACE ORDER
