RETURN POLICY

Need to replace or return a product?

Step 1:

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling 800-297-6266 or emailing returns.webstore@ameripride.com. To speed up your service, have the packing slip handy when you call.

If emailing your request, you must include the order number, style, size, quantity and reason for return.

Step 2:

Returns are accepted and a credit is issued when an RMA has been issued and the return is received at our Web Store Returns center within 25 days of order receipt.

Write your RMA number near the "Ship To" label on the returning box. Ship your return, including the packing slip and completed RMA form to:

AmeriPride pays return shipping charges if merchandise is defective or our error.

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Worn or laundered garments.
  • Decorated garments, unless the garment is defective or our error.
  • Any merchandise if an RMA has not been issued, or if the product is not returned within 25 days of receipt of your order.
  • Sorry, samples may not be returned.
